Started out hustling selling tshirts and hoodies out of the trunk of his car, Richard had a vision for creating a unique clothing brand. The brand should be about everything right and wrong in this world today, highlighting contemporary subjects.
HOODKOUTURE originated from a word play between “Haute-Kouture” refering to the high fashion scene. And on the other hand “Hood” often referring to the lower classes of society. We introduced HOODKOUTURE to bring people together, regardless of their etnics and background.
