How do I order?

Just follow the website flow. Add your product to cart, proceed to checkout. Easy as that.

Where is my current order?

You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been processed. Did something go wrong? Provide us with your order number and we'll help you out.

How long does it take for my order to ship?  

We will ship your order in 1 business day when ordered before 16:00. 

Can I return my order? 

You can return your order for free if it is in undamaged and unused condition. Just click the returns link in the menu bar and enter your details. Click the link to read more about our return policy. 

Can I get a refund?

To which countries does HOODKOUTURE ship. 

We currently only ship within Europe. Please hit us up on social if you are living outside of the EU, we are happy to help you place your order.

How accurate is color display on the Internet? 

Photographing colours can be tricky and color display depends strongly on the display you are using. Have a look at the secondary pictures on the product page to get a better understanding of what the color actually looks like.
